1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account with oktk9, you enter into a binding contractual relationship with the Operator. You confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You agree to use the services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and in a manner consistent with responsible gaming principles.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion without providing reasons. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose risks to the platform's integrity or other users' safety.

oktk9 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed. All verification documents must be clear, legible, and issued by recognized authorities in Bangladesh.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal play patterns, or attempting to exploit technical errors, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.

Welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, and free spins are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requirements means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or oktk9 staff. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of our platform. Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographical restrictions. Disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers (chargeback fraud).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the oktk9 platform including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, and trademarks are the exclusive property of oktk9 or our licensors and are protected by Bangladesh and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

12. Disputes and Complaints

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using oktk9 services. Any outstanding bets will be settled according to their terms, and your remaining balance (if any) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, penalties, or amounts owed to oktk9. Provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses.

14. Amendments
